Start of construction operations in Deralok Hydropower Dam Project

After initial site preparation and mobilization, the project has entered the construction phase. The construction of access roads within the site is in progress, the scaffolding for preservation of the ancient bridge has been completed, and excavation of the Hydropower plant location and double-duct trenches has started. Materials are now being transported to the site.

Deralok Hydropower plant project, upon completion, shall increase region’s power and water supply. The plant will utilize run of river without any major impact on the environment. This project is due for completion in 30 months.
